How we work

A clear process, from enquiry to delivery

Every trade follows the same six steps. You always know which stage your shipment is at and what happens next.

Start an enquiry

Enquiry

You share the commodity, specification, volume, delivery terms and destination port.

Offer

We check availability at origin and revert with pricing, packing and shipment timing.

Contract

Terms, quality parameters and payment conditions are confirmed in writing on both sides.

Sourcing & processing

Goods are aggregated from verified producers, then cleaned, sorted and graded.

Inspection & loading

Pre-shipment inspection is completed, containers are stuffed and documentation prepared.

Shipment & delivery

Documents are released and the shipment is tracked through to your destination port.

Common questions

Before you send an enquiry

What information do you need for a quotation?
The commodity, your required specification, the quantity, the delivery term (FOB, CFR or CIF), the destination port and your target shipment window. The more precise the specification, the faster we can respond.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimums depend on the commodity and packing format — typically a full container load. Contact us with your requirement and we will confirm what is workable for that line.
Which delivery terms do you work on?
We quote on FOB, CFR and CIF terms to nominated destination ports, and coordinate inland haulage, port handling and container booking at origin.
Is quality verified before shipment?
Yes. Pre-shipment inspection and quality verification are carried out on every shipment, and independent third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
Which documents are provided?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, quality or inspection certificate and bill of lading — plus any additional documents your market requires.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We aim to acknowledge every enquiry within one business day and to return a firm offer once availability at origin has been confirmed.
